Per-report pricing can be sensible for a new inspector with low or unpredictable volume. It keeps fixed cost low while the business is still building referrals.

A monthly subscription usually makes more sense when inspection volume is steady, reports are frequent, or multiple inspectors need shared workflows. Add the cost of extra inspectors, hosting, websites, and marketing tools.

Model both options across a slow month, a normal month, and a strong month. The cheapest option at low volume may not remain cheapest once bookings grow.
