How to set up service packages and add-ons

Create a pricing menu customers understand and staff can deliver consistently.

Start with the services you perform most often. Give each package a clear outcome, realistic duration, base price, and any limits that affect delivery. Avoid a long menu of near-identical options that force customers to call for clarification.

Use add-ons for optional work with a predictable scope. Define when each add-on applies, how it is priced, and whether it changes the appointment duration or staff requirements. Test the combination in the booking and checkout workflow so the final price is never a surprise.

Review package performance with real data. If a package is rarely sold, regularly overruns, or generates many questions, simplify it. The best menu protects margins and helps customers choose without turning every booking into a custom quote.
