HVAC dispatch software should give the office a reliable picture of the day. Test call booking, technician assignment, route visibility, job notes, arrival windows, customer updates, and emergency-job changes.

The technician workflow is the real test. Build an estimate from a pricebook, present options, record photos or notes, collect approval, invoice, and take payment in the field.

Managers should review reporting after the test. Look for booked jobs, close rate, average ticket, technician performance, memberships, and revenue by source.
